the Build-Operate-Transfer Model, GATISTAVAM launches a dedicated facility for the clients. This facility is like an extension of the client’s own facility. The dedicated facility leverages GATISTAVAM’s technical infrastructure, execution and processes capabilities. The dedicated facilities are staffed either by existing GATISTAVAM’s resources or by Client’s resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. GATISTAVAM has a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the client.

GATISTAVAM offers multiple engagement models to meet diverse needs of global clients. You can choose a from any one the generally accepted models below or a combination of them for different phases of your project. We can work with you to customized a model to address your specific need.

Initiation

The main advantages that a client derives with Gatistavam is that we are 100% client oriented company with custom tailored approach for all the clients. So each project is executed in accordance to the needs of the clients or else our consultants will propose a fitting model of its execution. Following are the steps we follow at Gatistavam once a client has decided to execute their project(s) with Gatistavam. Some of the steps many be deployed before the confirmation of the project.

Non Disclosure Agreement

Gatistavam understands that the information that is being shared by the client is strictly confidential and very vital to the client’s business. Gatistavam ensures that all its employees and its associates protect that information by signing a NDA with the client where applicable. Sometimes the NDA is executed even before processing an RFP.

Clients Business and Processes

Gatistavam believes in understanding the client’s process and business to provide them with a custom tailored solution to match their exact requirement. Gatistavam understands that it is imperative for many clients to have similar processes when working with an Offshore development company/ Offshore Dedicated Centre compared to their own team. During information collection phase our qualified team of Business and Technical Consultants makes sure that they have covered all the steps to ensure the process and implementation cycles are defined in accordance with client’s requirement.

  • In the Effort based pricing model, the project cost is a function of total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed.
  • This engagement models particularly useful in contexts where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream.
  • This model gives customer greatest flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.

Milestone-based Billing

This option works for Clients who are concerned about progress in remote project, milestones-based payment schedules reinforce progress monitoring. It helps to justify payment based on achievable milestone and visible progress reduces risks.

Dedicated Development Facility or Retainer

A Dedicated facility is an extension of the customer’s own engineering or development center. Through the such Dedicated facilities, we offer the great skill sets, flexibility, resources and time-to-market advantages to the customers, taking all necessary efforts to the protect the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of the customers. All rights to a IPR developed in the Development Facility vests with the customers. The Dedicated Facilities also provides cost effective solution to customers requiring continuous offshore supports. For such dedicated the relationships, we also implement the customer specific quality or process frameworks and teams are trained for the specific needs of a Clients. The resources are paid on a retainer basis.
