Interview Process : At Gatistavam Softech we mainly focus on
So to make sure that we choose a right candidate we execute the interviews in following steps.
Step 1 :- Personal Interview
Candidate is call for the personal interview, where we mainly ask the quotations related to the experience, existing job, future prospects, and technologyin which he / she has applied for. We also conduct a technical interview based on the theoretical approach of the technology / department that a candidate has applied for with main focus on practical knowledge.
Step 2 :- Practical Interview
If a candidate pass through step 1, then we conduct a practical interview, in which we call a candidate to perform a practical task based on the technology / domain that he/she has applied for. For this the candidate has to visit the schedule time for the practical interview for which we will allow about 2-3 hours to perform a practical task, which includes work related to the post that a candidate has applied for.
Step 3 :- Finalization Process
Once you are through with your practical interview, we will call you for the final time [or the same time as your practical interview date] to finalize the appointment.
